01What does GZSEASON manufacture?
GZSEASON manufactures metal ceiling and cladding systems in Guangzhou, China. Our range includes clip-in, lay-in, hook-on, linear strip, baffle and open-cell ceilings, aluminum wall and facade panels, louvers and custom architectural metal products.
02Which ceiling systems can I choose from?
The catalog covers concealed-grid clip-in ceilings, exposed-grid lay-in ceilings, hook-on panels, linear strips, baffles, open-cell grids and custom shapes. Share your ceiling layout, desired appearance and access requirements so we can discuss an appropriate system.
03What is the difference between clip-in, lay-in and hook-on ceilings?
Clip-in panels fit into concealed spring carriers. Lay-in panels sit on an exposed T-bar grid. Hook-on panels engage with dedicated carriers. Panel dimensions, maintenance access and supporting components should be coordinated as a complete system.
04Do you supply aluminum and galvanized steel products?
Yes. The catalog lists aluminum alloy and galvanized steel options for selected ceiling systems. Material availability varies by product. Specify the intended location, panel dimensions, finish and performance requirements when requesting a quotation.
05Which building projects are your products used in?
Our company materials include offices, schools, hospitals, shopping malls, hotels, airports and metro stations. Product selection should reflect the particular building conditions and the project specification.
06Have you supplied overseas projects?
Our company presentation includes projects in Singapore, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Australia and other markets. Examples include hook-on ceilings for CapitaSpring in Singapore and ceiling systems for Qassim University in Saudi Arabia.
07Can you manufacture to our drawings?
Custom-designed ceilings and cladding are included in our range. Send drawings showing panel sizes, quantities, joint details, finish and installation conditions. Manufacturing feasibility and final details must be reviewed before production.
08What panel sizes and thicknesses are available?
Options depend on the system. For example, the catalog lists 600 × 600 mm clip-in panels and 600 × 1200 mm lay-in panels, alongside other modules. Hook-on panels are listed up to 1500 mm wide and 4000 mm long. These are catalog references; confirm the proposed size, thickness and support arrangement for your order.
09Can you provide perforated panels and custom patterns?
The product range includes perforated panels, metal mesh, carved panels and decorative metal products. Provide the hole shape, diameter, spacing, open-area requirements and pattern artwork where applicable. Availability depends on the selected material and panel design.
10Which surface finishes do you offer?
The catalog lists powder coating, PE and PVDF coating, pre-painted finishes, heat-transfer finishes and anodizing, with additional decorative finishes on selected products. Finish availability depends on the product and intended application.
11Can you match a RAL color or wood-grain finish?
The catalog includes RAL color customization and wood-grain effects. Share a RAL reference or physical sample for review. Confirm the actual finish against an approved sample because screens and printed references may show colors differently.
12Do you offer acoustic metal ceiling options?
The catalog includes perforated ceilings and acoustic materials. Acoustic performance depends on the complete assembly, including perforation, backing, cavity and installation. Ask for test evidence that matches the proposed assembly and your project requirements.
13What certificates and test reports are shown in your materials?
Our supplied materials show ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management-system certificates, together with fire-related and acoustic test documentation. Request current copies and check the scope, validity and product applicability for your project.
14Can your products meet my project’s fire requirements?
Share the required classification, test standard and exact product build-up. Our catalog references fire testing, including BS 476 Parts 6 and 7. Compliance must be assessed using applicable reports for the proposed product; it should not be assumed for every finish or assembly.
15Can your panels be used outdoors?
Our range includes exterior aluminum curtain-wall and cladding products. Exterior suitability depends on material, finish, panel design, support system and exposure. Provide the location and project requirements so the proposed specification can be reviewed.
16How do I select a finish for a coastal or demanding environment?
Tell us about the site exposure, indoor or outdoor use, cleaning regime and specified coating requirements. The finish and supporting materials should be assessed for those conditions. Confirm any performance requirements and supporting evidence before ordering.
17What information do you need for a quotation?
Please provide the product type, drawings or panel schedule, dimensions, thickness, quantity, finish or color reference, project location and requested delivery date. Include performance requirements and the required scope of suspension components or accessories.
18What is your minimum order quantity?
The supplied company materials do not state a universal minimum order quantity. Ask for confirmation against the selected product, customization, finish and quantity.
19Can I request a sample before placing an order?
Contact us with the product, color and finish you want to review. Sample availability, preparation time, charges and shipping arrangements need to be confirmed for the request.
20What is the production lead time?
Lead time must be confirmed for each order. Product complexity, quantity, finish, drawing approval and production scheduling can affect the date. Share your required site delivery date when requesting a quotation.

The catalog illustrates system-specific carriers, T-bars, hangers, main channels and other components. State the accessories you need and confirm the complete supply list in the quotation; components should not be assumed to be included automatically.
22How are packing, shipping and payment terms confirmed?
Packing requirements, destination, shipping arrangements and payment terms should be agreed in the formal quotation and order documents. The supplied materials do not define one standard set of commercial terms for all orders.
23Do you provide installation information?
The catalog includes installation arrangements for several systems. Request information for the exact product and coordinate it with the project drawings. Site-specific suspension, fixing and structural requirements should be checked by the project’s qualified professionals.
24Can ceiling panels be removed for maintenance access?
Access depends on the system and layout. The catalog includes lay-in and swing-down clip-in options, as well as other ceiling types. Confirm the required access method and clearance before choosing the panel and suspension system.
25What should be approved before manufacturing starts?
Agree the panel schedule, material, thickness, finish, color sample, perforation, joints and supply scope. For custom work, resolve drawing details and installation interfaces before production approval.
26What after-sales support and warranty are available?
Our company presentation includes after-sales services within our business scope. Confirm the support arrangements and any written warranty for the specific order before purchasing. When reporting an issue, provide the order reference, panel identification, photographs and a description of site conditions.
