Wall & Facade Cladding Systems Manufacturer

Five panel families. Clear construction choices. Custom dimensions and finishes for your architectural project.

Explore the five families

Different structures.
Different possibilities.

Start with the panel construction, then refine the size, finish and installation detail. Our wall and facade cladding range brings five distinct product families into one selection path.

Solid Aluminum Cladding Panels construction and finish samples
Formed solid sheet

Solid Aluminum Cladding Panels

Aluminum alloy panels for flat surfaces, formed details and column cladding. Choose solid or perforated faces and coordinate the panel layout with the facade design.

1.5–4.0 mm thickness · Custom dimensions

Choose for shaped details and a continuous metal finish.

Aluminum Honeycomb Panels construction and finish samples
Honeycomb sandwich

Aluminum Honeycomb Panels

Aluminum face sheets bonded around a honeycomb core. Compare overall panel thickness, skin thickness and edge details when selecting larger panel formats.

8–30 mm panel thickness · 3003 aluminum alloy

Choose when sandwich construction suits the panel format.

Aluminum Corrugated-Core Panels construction and finish samples
Corrugated sandwich

Aluminum Corrugated-Core Panels

A corrugated aluminum core sits between outer sheets. The wave is inside the panel, rather than the exposed corrugation used to create a profiled elevation.

4–12 mm panel thickness · 3003 aluminum alloy

Choose for a sandwich panel with a corrugated internal core.

Slot Panels & Spandrel Panels construction and finish samples
Profiled architectural elements

Slot Panels & Spandrel Panels

Slot and folded-profile aluminum panels create depth, repetition and shadow lines. Select the actual section drawing, face width and fixing arrangement for the intended location.

0.5–3.0 mm thickness · Profile-specific widths

Choose for repeated linear profiles and decorative wall surfaces.

Corrugated Metal Panels construction and finish samples
Exposed profiled sheet

Corrugated Metal Panels

Pre-painted profiled sheets create a visible ribbed surface. The catalog includes pre-painted steel and aluminum options for industrial and commercial building applications.

0.4–1.0 mm thickness · Profile-specific geometry

Choose for an exposed corrugated surface, with material agreed separately.

Choose the structure
before the surface.

A similar appearance can conceal a different panel build-up. Compare these practical differences before specifying the assembly.

Resolve the detail.
Keep the design intent.

Large panels need a construction decision.

Compare solid sheet with honeycomb and corrugated-core panels. Overall thickness, skins, edges and supports matter as much as the face dimensions.

Color is only part of the finish specification.

Match the coating system to exposure and the agreed appearance. Coordinate color, texture and perforation through the selected product and sample.

A panel joint is part of an assembly.

Discuss returns, fixings, drainage and adjacent materials early. A facade panel does not replace the weather barrier or the engineering of the complete wall.

A practical specification starting point.

Use the published product range to narrow the options. Final panel dimensions and construction depend on the selected configuration and project review.

Maximum width and length are catalog limits, not a guarantee that every thickness, finish or fixing configuration is available at both maxima. Slot and profiled-sheet dimensions are selected from their section drawings. Custom dimensions are available subject to confirmation.

Finish the specification,
not just the color.

Powder coating, PE, PVDF, anodizing and wood-grain or marble-effect finishes are listed across the aluminum range. Available processes differ by product family. Corrugated metal sheets use a separately agreed substrate and pre-painted finish.

White, black, grey and requested RAL colors provide a starting point. Confirm the actual finish system, sample and project exposure before ordering.

Coordinate the panel format with the elevation and drawing requirements, within the confirmed product and manufacturing scope.

Finish coordination

Define material, coating, color and appearance together, with the actual product configuration at the center of the decision.

Cladding selection.
Questions answered.

Construction, finish and assembly questions to resolve before a panel becomes a project specification.

Is a cladding panel the same as a complete facade system?

No. A panel is one component. A facade assembly also includes supports, fixings, joints, insulation where required, membranes, flashings and interfaces with openings. Select the panel alongside the project assembly. Panel supply alone does not establish system-level wind, water, fire or thermal performance.

How do honeycomb and corrugated-core panels differ?

Both use a sandwich construction, but the internal geometry differs. Honeycomb uses a cellular core; corrugated-core panels use a wave-shaped core. Compare the complete panel build-up, thickness, skins, edge treatment and required supporting test data. Matching nominal thickness does not make the two panels interchangeable.

Which finish should I choose for exterior aluminum cladding?

Powder coating, PE, PVDF, transfer printing and anodizing are listed across the range, with availability varying by product. Compare the exact coating specification with the climate, exposure and appearance requirements. Approve the color and finish sample before production. A finish name alone does not define durability or a warranty.

Do perforated panels provide weather protection or acoustic performance?

Perforations create an open face. Drainage, the backing wall and any acoustic layer need to be designed as part of the assembly. Do not treat a perforated outer panel as a waterproof barrier, or claim a sound absorption rating without the matching tested construction.

What does Slot Panels & Spandrel Panels mean in this range?

This family refers to the slot and folded-profile aluminum products illustrated in the GZSEASON catalog. It is not a blanket specification for glazed curtain-wall spandrel infill. Use the profile drawing and intended installation location to identify the correct product.

What information is useful for a project quotation?

Include the panel family, drawings or panel schedule, dimensions, quantity, material, finish and destination. Add the fixing concept and project performance requirements when available. These details help define the quotation scope; price, lead time, supporting documents and delivery terms are confirmed for the project.
